(Mostly) Wordless Wednesday
Did you know purple beans turn green when you cook them? Very confusing and a bit disappointing for Monkey (which is why I took these pictures so he would remember the before while looking at the after).

Tell Monkey that I was just as disappointed. I mean how cool purple beans who wouldn't want to eat them? But now they are just like the regular green ones. What a rip off!
That is interesting. Do they turn the water purple?
